Enrolments - Student Holidays
This article covers how to add a student holiday to an enrolment and how to apply the student holiday to a booking to adjust the finances.
Please note Student Holidays ONLY affect Course bookings - they have no impact on any other types of bookings.
Open the Enrolment of the Student who wishes to take a holiday.
Scroll down to the Enrolment Student Holidays panel and click on “Add Student Holiday”:
Add a Holiday:
Enter the Start and End Date of the Holiday together with any comments you would like to record.
Typically dates are added for the full week Monday to Sunday, rather than Monday to Friday.
Choose a Status:

Note - any accommodation and other bookings are not affected, so they would still be charged as per their original booking. |

Note - the system does not adjust the start and end date of any bookings. As any holidays may impact on Accommodation, Transfer, Insurance and other bookings, any further adjustments such as an extension of their stay need to be made manually.
