Reset Customer Experience User Password

  • It is possible to manually send a password reset link to Customer Experience users if they are having problems with the password reset process.

    • This applies to the Booking Portal, Student Portal and Teacher Portal.

  • This requires user permissions - please contact your System Administrator if you do not have permissions to do this.


Instructions

  • Navigate to the Account in question.

  • Click through to the related Contact record for the Account

  • On the Contact record, click on “View Customer User”

  • Ensure User is “Active”, then press “Reset Password”

    • This will trigger a password reset email to the user sent to the user email address with a link to click to reset their password.
