Activating your Account

  • This article explains how to activate your Schoolworks Account and log in for the first time.

  • Although the system is designed to work in any browser on any device, we recommend using Google Chrome on a desktop or laptop for the best experience.


Verifying your Email Address

  • When your System Administrator has created your user account, you will receive an email to the email address associated with the account.

    • If you have not received this email in your inbox, please check your junk folder. If you still cannot see it, contact your System Administrator to check the email address.

  1. Click on the “Verify Account” button to verify your email address.

  2. If you wish, you can make a note of (or bookmark) your unique school URL to login in future (or you can always log in at https://login.salesforce.com/)

  3. Your username is shown in this email - this is typically your email address - something like. yourname@yourschool.com)

    1. You use the username to login, but any email will be sent to your actual email address registered on your account.

  • After clicking the “Verify Account” button, you will be taken to a webpage where you can enter your password and security question answer.

    • We recommend choosing a secure password that is different to other passwords you may use.

    • In order to ensure the security of your system and to comply with data protection regulations, this password should never be shared with anyone else, including your colleagues.

  • That’s it! You will now be taken through to the home page of your system.

  • In future, you can login at your unique school URL (in the welcome email) or at https://login.salesforce.com/ using your username and the password you just set up.
