Transfer Bookings
Adding a Transfer Booking
To add a new transfer booking on the Enrolment, select the New Transfer button in the Enrolment Bookings panel:
This will take you through to the Transfer Booking screen:
Select Lookup which opens a pop-up window
Search by Transfer service name
Select the Transfer service you require
Select the Transfer Type, typically Arrival or Departure
Enter the time of the transfer (HH and MM)
Enter any further details on the student’s travel details - these fields typcially pull through to transfer reports and can help the transfer team to manage the arrivals and departures.
If Track Accommodation is ticked on, the transfer date will follow the Accommodation Start Date for Arrivals, and Accommodation End Date for Departures. If the dates of the accommodation booking are changed, the transfer dates will automatically be changed to match.
If the transfer date is different to the Accommodation Start or End Dates, untick this box and select the date accordingly.
Enter any Booking Comments (visible to the Administration team)
Click Update when finished to save and return to the Enrolment Screen
NOTE: At the bottom of every Booking screen is a panel called Enrolment Booking Finance Details. it is closed by default as it is not routinely used. It is possible from within this panel to adjust the finance settings related to the booking you are looking at ONLY. For more details, please see this article.
