Service Dates

Service Dates can be configured to control when a Service can be booked, for example for fixed date courses.
These can be configured independently for Schoolworks internal school use vs the online booking system.
Configuration
Field | Definition |

Start Date | Enter the Start Date of the Service |
End Date | Enter the End Date of the Service |
Active Start Date | Tick to allow the Start Date to be used internally in Schoolworks |
Active End Date | Tick to allow the End Date to be used internally in Schoolworks |
Portal Active Start Date | Tick to allow the Start Date to be used through the online booking system |
Portal Active End Date | Tick to allow the End Date to be used through the online booking system |
Restrict Booking Start Cut Off Days | Enter a number to restrict the amount of days it is possible to book this date, prior to the Start Date. For example, if you wanted to prevent students from booking on the Friday before a Monday start, enter a value of 3 |
Restrict Booking Start Cutoff Time | Enter a time to restrict the user from booking the Service, either: In conjunction with the “Restrict Booking Start Cut Off Days”; or Alone - this will allow the user to book the Service on the Start Date up to the time inputted. |
IT Hours | When the user chooses a period for an individual tuition booking this is the default value for the individual tuition booking hours. |
IT Minutes | When the user chooses a period for an individual tuition booking this is the default value for the individual tuition booking minutes. |
