Online Test System - Configuration & Branding

Schoolworks has an in-built online testing system that allows your school to build a test available for completion either by the general public, or by your existing students.

There are a variety of question types available, however, typically this system is used for the pre-arrival multi-choice language assessment test. We are more than happy to discuss other requirements you may have - please get in touch.

Configuration

• Our support team will be happy to do the behind-the-scenes configuration of the test portal for you to get you up and running.

• The first step is to get in touch and let us know your requirements and we can take it from there.

Branding

• The test portal can be branded with your school’s logo and colours.

• Here is an example of the landing page, showing the areas that can be branded:

• The text for each section of this page can also be customised your school’s desired messaging, as well as the fields which are captured before the user starts the test.

• When the user completes the test, they will receive an automated email (again with your desired content), and a Test Result record will be created in Schoolworks. This can then be used for future marketing activity.
