How to Write Off Bank Charges DRAFT

How to Write Off Bank Charges in Schoolworks

  1. To write off bank charges you need you need to go "View Finance" section of the Account



2. Then click on "Receipt".



3. Select "Write off / Cleanup"


 


4. Enter details of the receipt

5. Check the Allocation box

6. Add the adjustment

7. Double click to change the adjustment to Bank charges and enter the amount.

8. Click on "Process Receipt"
