Enrolment Finance 'Tidy Up' Reverse and ReInvoice/ReCredit/RePrice Finance Buttons

Enrolment finance for debtors and commissions can become difficult to manage with multiple changes and if the ‘Credit and ReInvoice’ option (tickbox) is not used carefully.

There are new buttons available in the Enrolment Finance Details area which can be used to do the following:

 

  • Consolidate any Debtor Invoices (and/or Credits) onto a new single Invoice

    • This reverses all previous invoices/credits and allocates them to Zero removing them from the statement document

  • Consolidate any Creditor Commission Credits (and or reversal Invoices) onto a new single Commission Credit

    • This reverses all previous credits/reversals and allocates them to Zero removing them from the statement document

  • Reprice any of the above (with appropriate permissions)

    • The ability to regenerate finance transactions so that the prices can be manually adjusted

 

Buttons

  • Student - Reverse & ReInvoice

  • Agent (Debtor) - Reverse & ReInvoice

  • Agent (Creditor) - Reverse & ReCredit

  • Company - Reverse and ReInvoice

 

 

 

After the Student Reverse & ReInvoice is clicked:
