When your System Administrator has set up your Teacher Portal account, you will receive an email to the registered email address on your account:

Forgotten Password (and account lockout)
If you forget your password:
You only have 5 attempts to login with a password after which your account will be locked for 15 minutes
So it is quicker at the 4th attempt if you have forgotten your password, to reset it instead
If you do lock your account, please wait 15 minutes before trying the next step to reset your password
