  • Portal is also able to display Forms – for example, Pre-Arrival Level Test, Registration Form, Feedback Forms etc (not displayed in screenshots).

  • Please speak to Schoolworks Support if you would like to activate the Student Portal in your system.

Sample Home Page

  • Can be branded, layout can be adjusted, “Tiles” can be defined by user

    • “Tiles” link to internal Schoolworks pages, to Single Sign-On integrations (GEL, eFlex) or to external URLs

  • Can be customised by “Audience”, e.g. GE students may see one home page, where TT students may see another.

Sample Timetable/Attendance Screen

  • Retrieves live data from Schoolworks, i.e. if a student is moved to a different class, the new class details are immediately displayed in the portal on refresh.

  • The documents visible to the student can be controlled

  • Downloads are download as PDF

Sample Digital Student ID Card

  • Student can upload their own photo

  • Fields displayed can be customised (from Account or Enrolment)
