Teacher Attendance Not Logged Batch Email

Schoolworks can send an email using the batch email system to teachers alerting them to any classes and students which have not been marked for attendance.

If setup, the batch email is called 'Attendance Not Logged Teacher Email' and is available via the Batch Email tab as follows:



Step-by-step guide


  1. Open the batch email tab
  2. Click the Create button
  3. Enter the date - typically up to 3 months prior to today
    1. So the system will email any missed attendance from now back until this date
  4. Click Create
  5. Wait for the confirmation


Schoolworks will send a confirmation email to your user email address confirming success or any failures.
