Document Template Branding

  • Your Schoolworks system will come packaged with a large range of document templates to cover many common needs for a language school.

  • You can then customise these to your preferred messaging, or create new document templates if required.

  • The document templates stored in your Google Drive have Schoolworks branded header and footer images on them as a default.

  • When the documents are generated, the system will replace these header and footer images with your own images.

    • These are held in Schoolworks on the School object, so if you have multiple schools, you can apply different branding to each.

  • When the documents are emailed to students, they are converted to PDFs to prevent any changes.

Scanned Signature Image Requirements

  • It is also possible to merge an image of the user’s scanned signature to the document to give a more personalised effect.

  • The signature image is held on the User Record so each user can have their own signature on documents.

  • If you would like to add scanned signature images to your system, please create an image file with the following specifications and send to support@schoolworks.co.uk with details of which user it applies to:

    • PNG file type

    • Transparent background

    • Printable Size: 4cm x 1.33cm

    • Pixel Size: 150px x 50px

    • File Size: no more than 10KB

  • It is generally desirable for any images to be as lightweight as possible in order to keep the document size low - improving speed of transfer and reducing data storage requirements.
