Jitterbit Dataloader

Jitterbit offer a free data loader tool which can be used to export and import data into the Salesforce Platform.

It is easy to use and has drag and drop mapping of fields from import CSV files to Salesforce Objects and also has the ability to schedule jobs which can be very useful for automating exports or imports.
